Ventilation construction service for apartment buildings
We offer construction and restoration services for different ventilation systems in apartment buildings, that are being restored all over Estonia.
All of the ventilation renovations will be done according to the reconstruction projects. In most of the cases heat recovery unit with air intake and/or air extraction will be installed on the roof or in the cellar of the building.
Piping will be installed on the roof, or on the exterior side of the building and if necessary, to the existing ventilation shafts. Both, metal and plastic channels are used. In each of the apartments, after installing the new air distribution elements all other necessary works will be carried out.
When the existing ventilation shafts are being used, we will carry out a thorough investigation and mapping of the existing ventilation shafts. See more about the service here.
